We are a new company with no wall of reviews to point at, so we will put our money where our mouth is instead. If you buy Impulse Test Prep, genuinely study with it, sit your National Registry exam, and do not pass — we refund 100% of what you paid.
What you get back: the full purchase price, to your original payment method.
What it costs to ask: nothing. No restocking fee, no partial credit, no store credit.
Applies to: the $29 Founding Member purchase and every per-level purchase (EMR, EMT, AEMT, Paramedic).
A guarantee with no conditions isn’t a guarantee, it’s an invitation to abuse. These are the four things we ask, and we have deliberately chosen conditions we can actually verify from your own study progress rather than ones we would have to take on faith or argue about.
We check your progress against the conditions above and refund you to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within five business days; how quickly it appears on your statement is up to your bank. Your account then returns to the free tier, where you keep 300 practice questions and every study tool, forever.
It is not a promise that you will pass. Nobody can promise that, and any study product that does is lying to you — passing the National Registry exam depends on your preparation, your program, your clinical experience, and the exam itself. Our Terms of Service say plainly that we do not guarantee any examination or certification result, and that remains true. This is a commitment about your money, not about your score. If our product doesn’t do its job, you shouldn’t be out the price of it.
Most exam-prep subscriptions respond to a failed exam by extending your access — which means you keep paying them. We charge once, so we can do something cleaner: give the money back. It also keeps us honest. If our questions and rationales don’t prepare students, we feel it directly.
